The Transparency Reports are presented pursuant to article 62 of the Statutory Auditors’ Association articles of association as altered by Law 140/2015 of 7 September, as a statutory audit company that conducts audits of public interest entities as defined in article 3 of Law148/2015 of 9 September (Auditing Supervision Legal Framework).
